A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the booking is
confirmed. If a deposit is not made, your reservation will not be held.
Deposits DO NOT roll over to a new reservation if the client decides to
cancel their reservations. Cancelling your reservation means forfeiting your
deposit. A new deposit must be made for a new reservation.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if the reservation is cancelled at LEAST 72 hours prior. Our clients can expect their refund within 30 days of cancellation. If for any reason Bluie’s Pet Sitting must cancel, you will receive your refund within 30 days regardless of when the booking was cancelled. Please note reservations are not required to be paid up front except for the deposit which is not refundable. All payments are due on the morning of the drop-off to avoid any back and forth of the payment.
Payments
Payments can be made via the link once you receive your invoice. We also accept Zelle, our Zelle is registered under the business phone number. For our returning clients, we have the Tap to Pay option. In order for a new client to be eligible for Tap to Pay, they have to be in good standing with us, meaning they pay their invoices/deposits on time at least twice on two separate reservations and no outstanding fees.
