Fees & Cancellations

Fees MUST be prior to dropping off. If you refuse to pay before drop-off, you may be removed as a client. We are very flexible and understand sometimes our clients forget, but after 3 times not paying before dropping off, we will have to refuse service. Additional charges apply to holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year's Day. We accept Zelle and card payments. There is also a link in the invoice that will take you to a secure site where you can pay online with your card. We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee if not canceled within 24 hours. We will also charge you a $30 fee if you don’t cancel and don’t show up. (No Call No Show Fee). If a fee is added to your account, it will have to be paid in full prior to another booking. We will not take any clients that have unpaid fees on their accounts. After 3 same-day cancelations or 3 no-shows, we reserve the right to refuse service.
