In the event of an emergency, we will notify you or your emergency contact
as soon as possible. If you cannot be reached, you authorize us to take any
necessary action, including medical or veterinary treatment, to protect
ourselves, your dog(s), and others.
You accept that whilst all care will be taken, dogs can sustain injuries during
normal play. You accept that you are responsible for paying any medical or
vet fees whilst your dog(s) are under our care. You accept that any injuries
that result from your dog attacking another person, animal, or property,
you, the owner, will be responsible for any losses incurred.
Liability
We will care for your animal as you would, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your dog is well looked after in your absence, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or death of your dog whilst in our care. You are fully liable for any damages, loss, or injury caused by your dog(s) whilst in our care.
